Besides the generation of Ownership and Engagement within the teams, it is important to begin to measure impacts/quick wins generated. 

To measure impacts, we recommend you define a standard cost list in your company with help of your Finance team. 

There might be specific costs that the same areas can determine, but is important that operation groups have this list so they can calculate their impacts. 

Some of the standard costs you can give the users are the following:

  • Workforce hours
  • Materials (basics)
  • Raw material
  • Maintenance
  • Services (Energy, Water, Vapor, Compressed Air)
