The goal to start the Rever deployment in a specific area or business unit happens with the intention to know users' first reactions, having better and more control over communication efforts, better adoption, and engagement. This will make easier the transition to an expansion of the organization.
Here are some tips you can use to select your first area of implementation:
- Choose an area that previously has implemented improvements successfully.
- We suggest the number of people in each area does not exceed 100 people.
- It's preferred each area allows interaction between people, they need to be in a proximate physical location.
- Select an area with opportunity areas that require short-term solutions.
