Follow the below steps:
- Go to the People section.
- Locate the person from whom you want to reset the password in the List of users.
- In the option, Reset password click on "Set account status to pending."
- Ready, a short message will appear regarding the password reset has been completed successfully.
- Let the person know to log in again with the same user and then find a way where they can validate their information and choose a new password.
If, as a Champion, you still do not see the Reset password option, contact us to verify your access and activate them.
