  1. Have Weekly/Monthly sessions with your team

Pick an existing meeting and allocate 10 minutes to conduct follow up on Rever in that meeting

- Prioritize the Revs that could be implemented this week

- Review open Challenges

- Launch Challenge if there are no open Challenges

- Best VS worst departments performance

- Who needs to be recognized

- Which are the best Revs to recognize

2. Launch activation campaigns

  • Reinforce communication and training as necessary
  • Train Users
